All dogs must be collected by 5.30pm. After this time late pickup fees will apply.
Our drop off times are from 7am to 10am and pick up times are from 2pm to 5.30pm. You can drop off and pick up any time within these timeframes.
While we do use our own treats for the dogs, we can easily cater to most dietary requirements. Just let us know what your pooch needs!
We have hard surface floors throughout the facility which enables us to clean up immediately and keep the facility clean and healthy.
Yes absolutely! We do our walkthroughs during a quiet part of the day around the dogs routine, so please contact us on 03 925 9717 to arrange a visit before coming.
