All attending dogs must have flea and worming prevention current and maintained regularly - we can advise on this if required. Your dog’s welfare is important to us so please advise us if there is any change in their general health; additionally we must be notified if your dog has any illness, diarrhoea or vomiting, is injured or impaired or on any medication - we will advise if the dog has any health issues which may prevent it’s attendance to daycare and assist where necessary to help with rehabilitation.
To remain enrolled minimum attendance required is once a month, once a week is advised to assure your dog remains well adjusted to group socialisation. Infrequent attendance of only once a month will not guarantee retention of your place on the enrolment, weekly is advised. Please notify us if you cannot attend for over a month or want to deactivate your enrolment.
All dogs must be checked in by 10am (exceptions can be made if arranged prior). All dogs must be picked up before 5.25pm, from 5.30pm a cumulative late pickup surcharge of $30 per 10 minutes (or one day concession) is payable immediately on arrival.
All dogs must be kept on lead and under control in reception, owners agree to pay the cost of any damage caused by their dog whilst in their control, including to merchandise and property. A $10 soiling fee is immediately payable for any dog which intentionally soils in the reception whilst in the owners control.
All services must be paid for in advance. Concession cards must be retained and presented on entry to be accepted as consideration, we do not record the exact number of concessions redeemed on individual cards, if lost we cannot guarantee reconciliation of outstanding concessions. Concession cards cannot be exchanged for cash (or refunded) and expire two months (60 days) from purchase date.
Cancellations must be made at least one business day before scheduled booking. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may at the discretion of PAWS be liable for the full cost of their scheduled appointment.
PAWS K9 Daycare reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel enrolment of any dog deemed by their own assessment to be unsuitable for daycare. Attendance conditions, time limitations, training or advice may be offered to assist your dog’s development and potential suitability for daycare in the future. Any breach of these terms may result in the cancellation of your enrolment without notice. Bookings are required to guarantee entry.
